RE:FORM Newsletter #25 – What are you thankful for?

What are you thankful for?

I hope everyone had an amazing long weekend and took some time to relax, rejuvenate and reflect. I sure did and was so thankful to be surrounded by wonderful family and friends.

It has been another incredible year. I am blessed and thankful to have this unique opportunity to serve amazing people, like you, by being a chiropractor. I get to work with the innate healing power of the body to help each and every one of you restore your health. Each and every one of you is on a unique path back to health, you all heal and progress at different rates… so if you have not yet arrived at your state of optimal health, do not worry or be discouraged! Keep following the path to health and you will get there! With my whole heart, I can say that I believe that if we keep doing the right things, healing is unavoidable. Healing is happening inside each of us, despite of how we feel. This is such an amazing phenomenon and I am so grateful and thankful I get to share it with all of you.

I think that Thanksgiving Day has a great purpose to remind all of us to pause and take time to be thankful for the many wonderful things in our lives. It is important to be reminded to be thankful as it is easy to focus on the struggles and difficulties in our lives and not see everything amazing that is there.

Even though Thanksgiving comes once a year, I work hard to take time each day to be thankful and count my blessings regardless of what else is happening in my life. It is easy to be thankful when things are going well, but much more of a challenge when life is a struggle. However, I believe that it is during tough times when it is most important to focus on what we have to be thankful for. We need to be thankful always – and in all circumstances.
If it is hard to find those great moments in life to be thankful for I suggest stopping for a moment and looking around. We live in a most wonderful country! We have no war! We have children, parents and other people around us. We have places to live and food to eat. And if you are a patient at RE:FORM, you are also on an incredible journey to better health! It is AMAZING!

I am absolutely positive that if you open your heart, you can find many other great things that we can be thankful for, TODAY!

Thank you for reading these newsletters and sharing your life with me and my team.

With Love and Gratitude on this beautiful sunny day,

Dr. Martin Zollinger
